Returns

You have the right to return your item within 7 working days from the day after you receive it. Products returned for refund must be in the condition they were in when they were delivered and in their original packaging. Where goods have been damaged in transit you should notify us of this fact within 7 working days. Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

If you are not happy with your order or the service you have received you may contact us  by email at admin@butterflystudio.store We will endeavour to reply as promptly as possible.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, feel free to get in touch and also check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale/clearance items cannot be refunded unless they arrived damaged.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@butterflystudio.store

Shipping

To return your product, simply email us or message us on social media to discuss the return and for a return address to be provided.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Exclusions

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on jewelry that have been worn or altered.Earrings are not returnable
